Mudon
Mudon is a gated residential master-community developed by Dubai Properties located at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Dubai Bypass Road. In Arabic, Mudon is known as ‘cities’ and was planned to replicate five ancient Middle Eastern cities – Baghdad, Beirut, Cairo, Damascus, and Marrakech but has been developed as a housing development on the edge of the desert in Dubailand.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Mudon offers a tranquil lifestyle with round the clock security and is a good family oriented residential community. Offering a tranquil yet active lifestyle, residents have access to a dedicated shopping center, supermarkets, schools, nursery, health club, medical center, mosque, multiple swimming pools, and park area. Despite Mudon being a newer community, it is home to the Jebel Ali School which has been open since 1978, that offers the UK curriculum until Year 9. It has conserved its excellent rating from the KHDA inspections for the last 3 years.
The development is divided into varied sub-communities – Rahat, Naseem, Arabella, and Al Salam and also under development are Mudon Views – the only apartment complex in Mudon. Mudon View is a group of 5 low-rise buildings containing 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and two-story duplexes. It is the only apartment complex available in the area and is currently under construction.
