Blue Water is one of the latest waterfront developments by Merass Holding, a human-made island developed as ‘Dubai’s Entertainment Capital.’ Located in the waters of Dubai Marina and in close proximity to Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, Bluewaters is a vibrant lifestyle destination featuring residential, retail, hospitality, and entertainment options.
Home to Dubai’s latest tourism icon, Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, Bluewaters is also a shopper’s paradise, housing unique retail and dining concepts. The low rise residences, right next to Ain Dubai comprises of apartments, penthouses, and townhouses, offering stunning views of the Dubai cityscape with an island view.
